Terms and Conditions – Slot PK Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Slot PK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by Slot PK at slotpk.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of Slot PK following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use Slot PK, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while using the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Slot PK operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing Slot PK from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those declared legally incompetent are not eligible.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through Slot PK or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• Not an employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts on Slot PK.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on Slot PK. If you already have an account and attempt to open another, both accounts may be suspended and any balances in them forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Slot PK will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat so appropriate action can be taken.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting Slot PK support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation may be suspended pending review before closure is processed.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months with no login activity. Slot PK reserves the right to apply an administration fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period may be closed without notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on Slot PK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Slot PK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to verified mobile wallet accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within 3–5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Slot PK reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. We will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that was not used to make a deposit to the account unless you contact support and receive written approval.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. VIP account holders may have enhanced withdrawal limits — contact support for details applicable to your account tier.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by Slot PK are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a first qualifying deposit on Slot PK may be eligible for a welcome bonus subject to the specific promotion terms active at the time of registration. Welcome bonus offers are subject to change and Slot PK reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Slot PK actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, wagering patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and collusion between accounts. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses removed, associated winnings voided, and accounts suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses credited to your Slot PK account expire after 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from your account. It is your responsibility to track the expiry of bonuses via your account dashboard.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Slot PK reserves the right to change wagering requirements on any active promotion with 72 hours' notice to affected players.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been completed are not withdrawable.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General

All games and sports markets available on Slot PK are subject to specific rules displayed within each game or market. In all cases, Slot PK's decision on the outcome of any bet or game round is final. Technical malfunctions that affect game integrity will be investigated, and affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

Game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) casino titles are determined by certified algorithms and are not influenced by the platform or any individual player. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers; outcomes are determined by physical processes captured on camera and are final. If a technical disruption occurs mid-round, the round may be voided and your stake returned at Slot PK's discretion.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on Slot PK — including football betting — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on matches subsequently found to have been subject to match fixing or manipulation may be voided. Accumulator bets with a postponed leg will have that leg voided and the accumulator recalculated on the remaining selections.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. Slot PK reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player, game, or market at its discretion without prior notice.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Slot PK operates on the principle of fair play for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including live poker or card game formats.
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches — if you identify a technical error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game behaviour, you are obligated to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.
• Money laundering — Slot PK maintains full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant financial authorities as required by applicable law.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.

8. Privacy & Data

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the changes. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute relates to the technical outcome of a game round, Slot PK's certified game logs and server records constitute conclusive evidence of the outcome and shall be the final arbiter in any dispute resolution process.
